Marzena joined GENYOUth team in December of 2012. As Accounting Manager, she oversees full cycle of accounting operations, and ensures an accurate and timely monthly close and reporting of financial statements in accordance with General Accepted Accounting Principles. Marzena works closely with CFO, GENYOUth team, State and Regional Dairy Councils and external auditors. Marzena plays a key role in budgeting, evaluating and improving internal accounting processes, developing and implementing systems to track and analyze financial information. She manages process of issuing school grants nationwide and ensures that all compliance have been met. Prior to joining GENYOUth, Marzena was an accountant at DMI for 5 years preparing financial statements for multiple entities within DMI and supporting various aspects of accounting.
