Douglas Fry is the founder of Avery Harrison Associates, where he advises and invests in growth-stage hospitality and consumer brands, partnering with founders, boards, and investors during periods of expansion, transformation, and operational scale.

He is a senior executive who has led large-scale, multi-unit and franchise operations across North America, including leadership responsibility for more than $10 billion in system sales across global brands such as Subway and McDonald’s.

His work focuses on strengthening leadership alignment, building scalable operating systems, and elevating guest experience as a driver of brand and financial performance.

Douglas holds a degree from The University of Western Ontario.
