GENYOUth was incorporated as a District of Columbia nonprofit corporation on May 8, 2009 as YOUTH IMPROVED, INC. The organization has been doing business as GENYOUth since January 2011, and formally changed its registered corporate name in the District of Columbia to GENYOUth on January 15, 2020. The name change is not yet reflected in the IRS database of tax exempt organizations. All of the organization’s 990s have been filed under YOUTH IMPROVED, INC.
